Zero Data Retention

Every message you send is processed entirely at the edge (Cloudflare Workers) and never stored. We do not maintain conversation logs, session history, or any record that you visited or used this service.

Before your message reaches any AI model, our system strips names, phone numbers, email addresses, and other personally identifiable information (PII).

Cookies & Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand aggregate traffic patterns (e.g., page visits, not conversation content). GA4 may set cookies. No conversation content is ever sent to GA4.

We use Google AdSense to display relevant ads on resource pages. AdSense may use cookies to show personalized ads based on your browsing history. You can opt out via Google Ad Settings.

Lead Generation (Callback Requests)

If you voluntarily submit a callback request (name + phone number), that information is stored securely in a private database and used solely to connect you with a licensed treatment specialist. It is never sold to third parties. You can request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@suicide-hotline.ai.

HIPAA Status

Suicide-Hotline.AI is not a covered entity under HIPAA. We do not provide medical advice, treatment, or diagnosis. We are a triage and referral tool. For B2B/EAP integrations requiring a Business Associate Agreement (BAA), contact us at partners@suicide-hotline.ai.
